Annual Fund

For the 2011/2012 school year, our Annual Fund is focused on raising money for environmental education and technology. We want to be able to purchase new technology and enhance/update our current technology for use in the classrooms as well as our campus at large. New technology will enable us to employ an additional tool to enhance our unique integrated curriculum. We have already committed to utilizing at least $20,000 of what we raise from this appeal for technology - $10,000 for each of the Comstock and Carson buildings. The teaching staff will collectively decide what technology will best support the education they provide to our students. At the same time, we want to expand our environmental programming by offering additional professional development opportunities to our teachers and, in turn, enhance learning opportunities for all of our students.

This means that you can be assured that every bit of your generous donation will directly impact the quality of education provided to PCCS children. Throughout the remainder of this year, I will regularly report to you, the PCCS community, on how much has been raised through this appeal and details on how your contributions have been utilized to improve our students’ educational experience.

Many of our generous donors double or even triple their Annual Fund donations through their participation in their employers' matching gift programs.
