Megan Eigenrauch has been teaching 7th grade Math and Science at PCCS since fall 2009. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has endorsements in Mathematics, Language Arts, and Social Science. Megan has always loved school, learning, and exploring. She grew up in Libertyville and recently bought a house right near where she grew up. Megan loves being so close to friends and family! She currently has 7 family members that live on the same street and several others in the same neighborhood!

Megan has many hobbies but enjoys cooking and traveling the most. As a graduation present to herself, she backpacked Europe with her husband Keith Eigenrauch (Special Education Teacher, PCCS). She visited Italy, France, London, Holland, and the Czech Republic. Megan is fascinated with the cultures and lifestyles of others around the world. When on vacation, Megan's favorite thing to do is hike. In Hawaii, Megan completed one her her biggest accomplishments. She hiked an extremely strenuous trail to Hanakapiai Falls and swam in its pool. What an experience! While at home, she spends many weekends going out with friends (she LOVES trying new restaurants), reading and watching movies. She cooks dinner each night and loves the challenge of a new recipe! Her favorite things to bake is sweets and she loves to eat them, as well. Also, Megan has grown up spending much of her time outdoors and has been on countless family camping trips throughout the years, so she feels right at home at PCCS! Megan enjoys walking her dog, Makai, in the forest preserve by her house, riding her bike, and canoeing most of all. Lastly, Megan loves to smile!! :)
